Shipping Info: We ship out from Canada with Canada Post (public mail service). We do not ship out with private mail carriers such as FEDEX, UPS, DHL or Purolator.

Unless you are shipping to Canada, our CDs ship without tracking numbers.

Customers outside of Canada are responsible for all duties/tariffs and brokerage fees for importing the product which are charged to them by the mail carrier.

Please Romanize/Latinize your address when ordering outside of North America. Mail carriers in North America require romanized addresses in order for mail to be processed/accepted in their mail systems.

We ship from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada as promptly as possible (usually within 5 business days).

Undeliverable orders: If your order is returned as undeliverable (for whatever the reason) we will inform you by e-mail.
Return Policy: All sales are final - in the case of a defective product the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping to us, but upon receipt of the defective merchandise we would send you a replacement at no cost to you. Also, please contact us directly so that we may remedy the situation.
